'Chancers Cottage' is a privately owned, Grade II listed semi detached cottage built about 1850. It has period features, including oak doors throughout, an original Victorian brick fireplace  together with a gorgeous wood burning stove.  

It also has a stunning luxury bathroom which would happily adorn any boutique hotel (fitted May 2012). The kitchen is well equipped including a dishwasher.

The property is beautifully presented, with uninterrupted views across meadows to the front, but is also only a short stroll from Wells’ quayside and its many amenities. Internally you will find a stylish, warm and very comfortable interior.

The cottage has recently been tastefully decorated and is furnished to a high standard.

Chancers also benefits from private off road parking and an enclosed courtyard garden.

Well behaved pets are welcome for a small additional cost. Prices include gas, electricity and wood for the wood burner.
